Jan Haga - The Howard Gallery

The idea for The Loft was conceived on a perfect Myrtle Beach winter day, when three friends were having lunch.  The topic of conversation was their talents and finding a venue to show and sell their art.  Nothing was decided that day, but the seed had  been planted and took root.

In June, 2004, The Loft, a gallery within a gallery was born.

Today, nine very different, talented women make up The Artists of The Loft.  The partnership formed with Jan Haga, owner of The Howard Gallery, has flourished.

The Howard Gallery was established in 1979, and is the oldest gallery in Myrtle Beach.
